Charecteristics
● For bead R overlay onto a cast iron mold which requires friction resistant.
● For repair bead R bending problem and reinforce a CAM or a Flange Dies
● Weld deposit will obtain standard hard chrome coating, no
peeling off and uneven surface problems.
● Weld ability of no need underlay and after machined weld
deposit will look like hard chrome coating at 90%.
● Easy to weld, beautiful weld deposit, no blowhole problems,
and resulting crack resistance characteristics.

Hardness Range
1st layer as welded : 30 ~ 35 HRC
2nd layer as welded : 44 ~ 52 HRC
3rd layer as welded : 46 ~ 49 HRC
