Charecteristics

● Made of 99% Nickel and flux covered with basic – medium,
specially R & D for hard facing overlay onto cast iron mold.
● Easy to weld in any posture and use worthiness.
● For cast iron hard facing overlay and butt joint welding cast
iron with mild steel.
● Excellent for welding onto cast iron mold directly without preheating.
● Molten nickel will not destroy the structure of carbon inside
cast iron, resulting   on mildness and ductility that will make
the weld deposit clean, no slag implanted and easy to be machined

● เนื้อเชื่อมจากลวดเชื่อมตัวนี้ จะไม่สามารถชุบ Hard Chrome ได้ เพราะมีส่วนผสมของนิเกิลมากถึง 99%
